It's game day so let's get the players together!
Once our team is assembled, we start stretching and warming up our creative muscles. We prepare to be innovative and to think without fear or boundaries. All the while fully confident that multiple solutions are not only out there, but very much discoverable. The Coach Creative uses our set of skills, plays, and experience to help you uncover those human-centered solutions.

Our design thinking workshops and sessions are very flexible. We love to see people in person and work with your team in a fun-filled and energetic conference room environment. We also thrive in remote and virtual sessions that are dynamic and easy to join in and participate in.

Lets start designing
EMPATHIZE
Design thinking begins with empathy - understanding people and their requirements and focusing on defining the problem this group of users is dealing with. This crucial to understand how best to deliver a more customized and meaningful solution.
DEFINE
The next step involves taking the information and data collected in the empathy phase and structuring it in a coherent manner. Converging stakeholders to better understand their needs, issues, and opportunities. This helps us define a common shared problem statement from a more human-centric perspective. We figure out what you need to win.
IDEATE
This just might be the most crucial phase of all... but it's also the phase with the most opportunity for creativity and ideation. We facilitate interactive exercises and engaging activities to come up with as many ideas as possible. The Coaches help you to be collaborative and think radically while always focusing on the best user-experience.
PROTOTYPE
Now it's time to curate all our best ideas and create practical representations of the ideation. Our experienced designers partner with you and your team to create a viable prototype and in order to test the effectiveness of the solution internally before presenting it for implementation.
TEST
This stage of the design thinking process involves testing the best solutions from the prototyping. We test our assumptions and designs in order to validate how well they are adopted and to learn more about our users. Since this is an iterative methodology, new insights and information give us an opportunities to refine the end solution further.
